My question is how do you structure this with family life? I’m a full time real estate agent. Brand spanking new to the business. I’m making changes that are so beneficial, like waking up at 5am. However, I’m the main caregiver (my husband is in the army) for my kids and they are up at 7:30. We have a routine where I’m working while they are up but most of my day is spent multi-tasking especially in the summer when they are out of school. I am determined to be the best, I don’t want to become the “lazy agent”. I have the drive to do this but the reason I made this transition was because family is soooo important to me. It is a very high value on my list. So where does the balance of being the best agent but also being an attentive wife and mother come in. I see that most of the people who are successful in this routine of 14-16 hour days don’t have kids or a family. Or they aren’t the main caregivers for their family.
Being in the industry for three months, all the information you have provide is so relevant that I have notice that no one actually takes pride in their work in this industry, thus being said you are correct, if you put the hours and strive for greatness you’ll make it in any industry. Being 21 I see myself opening my own agency in the next three years. I have it all planned, I see myself building a billion dollar empire through real estate and property development within the next ten years. #stayhard #grindtillyoushine #unstoppable

This is great. I am still waiting to take my Real estate Test. You are spot on. For 22 years I been self employed. This is the mentality you need people. To be successful in ANYTHING you have to put in the work and have belief you can do this. After you receive your first commission your confidence will rise. I love this video. Thank you!!!
Three years later. Did you follow through and are you still in real estate today? Do you enjoy it if you are? I am 21 and just got my first sales job selling boats and I want to commit to becoming a real estate agent within the next year. In the next 6 months my goal is to move to part time and during my time away from the typical 9-5 I want to fall under the wing of a successful agent somewhere in my area. I will be doing as much research until then and I hope I follow through!

I woke up one day and FELT it in my soul like a calling from God that I was going to be a real estate agent. Im in the process of testing in Texas and will soon be a new agent. I am a single mom of 3 needing a career outside the box. In the Seattle area. I know I wouldn’t be able to work til 7pm daily. I absolutely love this video! I’m a newly licensed agent, about 2 weeks now. I’m already a business owner, so a lot of what this video discusses I have been through. It’s 100% the truth. I already know that success takes time, but it takes even more time if you don’t get to work and learn how to become the best. I haven’t gotten any sales as of yet but before I even passed my state exam I started posting and letting people know that I was becoming an agent, I created social media accounts, got a email list together, and started looking for a broker! Customers are everywhere you just have to dedicate yourself to your work, and don’t be discouraged. If you go in knowing that this is mostly work and networking the first year, you will be fine. Just know the harder you work, the more results you will get. This video definitely helped me map out more time of my day. I am advertising like crazy, I haven’t even sold a property and know how and I am posting as if I sold 20. Like he said if you show confidence in what you do others can see that, and hear it ! Stay positive and good luck 👍

After listening to your 3 Daily Keys I know I had the right mindset and I craved training to be of the uttermost importance. I am so happy that I ran across you as I prepared for my real estate exam. I’ve signed up for the 2023 Victory Protocol . I was not successful in opening the link for “Yes Masters.” However, I also look forward to purchasing “Agent Turbo Launch.” Upon receiving my license I’ve decided which brokerage to work and have decided to use the tools you teach coupled with my formal training to become more than just a successful Broker-Agent. “I’m the Best! Back in the day, when I purchased my first home to live-in; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won’t ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I’m not alone in my chain of thoughts.
If anything, it’ll get worse. Very soon, affordable housing will no longer be affordable. So anything anyone want to do, I will advise they do it now because the prices today will look like dips tomorrow. Until the Fed clamps down even further, I think we’re going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. You can’t halfway rip the band-aid off.
Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; get your money (as much as you can) out of the housing market and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes.If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.
Personally, I can connect to that. When I began working with “Colleen Janie Towe’’ a fiduciary financial counsellor, my advantages were certain. In these circumstances, I would always advise getting professional help so they can steer you through choppy markets and just give you indicators and strategies for knowing when to enter and exit the market.
