@@RickyCarruth I’m not saying the material you teach is wrong Ricky. I’m just mentioning it because the thumbnail misleading. Someone might think “oh this video will have this lady and they’ll talk about them making $500k a year…oh I don’t see x lady and they’re not talking about it”
when I read these stories, I always think there is a catch. The very successful agents must have had connections. If starting with a large marketing budget, it’s easier to get going vs starting virtually nothing in the new market.

My question is how do you as agent know that you can get a homeowner into a new construction home if you don’t know there credit score or how much you could by down the rate for them? I am lost on how to convert them
