    when I read these stories, I always think there is a catch. The very successful agents must have had connections. If starting with a large marketing budget, it’s easier to get going vs starting virtually nothing in the new market.

    My question is how do you as agent know that you can get a homeowner into a new construction home if you don’t know there credit score or how much you could by down the rate for them? I am lost on how to convert them
