That’s completely wrong—you can’t prevent objections. A prospect will always give you objections, and that’s totally normal. The faster I receive them, the faster I can achieve my goal, which is to set an appointment.
They give objections because they don’t want to go through the same experience they had with their previous agent, especially in the case of expired listings. There’s no need to fear objections—I completely disagree with you.
What sort of objections are you getting when speaking withexpired listings? And if I were to give you a few questions to ask, that would prevent the objections you are getting now, it probably wouldn’t change things, you tell me I was full of crap, right?
