The way you present paying 5,10 or $15,000 for coaching and turning them into $300,000. The big issue is the real estate business will squeeze every nickel out of you when you start. People are just trying to pay their mortgage until I get a few sales. At this point in your life they don’t have an extra $15,000 for coaching.
I was a golf instructor and in my business I gave a 100% improvement guarantee. You didn’t pay a dime until you improved. I think someone should come up with a plan like this for real estate coaching. Look at the tribe you created, clearly people love you!! They just can’t get water out of a rock.
Life isn’t a charity. Why would he give his time away for free when 95% of you would just waste it?
@@RogerTheJanitor no one said give it away. I’m saying some sort of guarantee or delayed payment upon success. I delayed payment and my golf school until they improved. They came to me to improve so I made sure they did. Why would I charge them for my services if they don’t get better? I had a guarantee.
