Would I be out of line saying that most in the business need to go and get a traditional job?
In my brokerage, the managing broker had asked me what I would do to help some of the agents that aren’t producing and haven’t produced for the last couple years and help them get to a point where they are producing. I told her that she wasn’t going to like my answer, but it is simply you change the people or you change the people. And it is very true in real estate. There are a lot of people that were seduced by the glamorous TV shows that come in and they dont understand the amount of work that is needed for them to have a successful real estate career.
Not at all. That is the reality.

It’s a great example of how most entering the business have no idea what they are getting themselves into.
