Hi Ricky. Because I don’t want them to look at me different and ask why I don’t look for the same metrics and scripts as “everybody else”. I think I would have to explain myself before having any results. That would create a bigger pressure on me getting results which would make me feel more insecure. Does that make sense? Great Advice Ricky! I’m a new agent and I’ve considered some of the popular and very expensive coaching programs out there. What I was actually searching for is the magic pill, the shortcut to money and success. Thankfully, I have realized being successful in Real Estate is a process, we have to make as many contacts as we can, stay consistent and execute, and the deals will follow. This process is where we learn to be great agents. Thanks for all the great content.

Wow, Im Brand new to the business and I seriously got scammed like this starting out! Was told to get as many appointments as possible and as soon as objections come, come right back with something else and CLOSE THE DEAL right then and there no matter what….had a little success at first calling nothing but FSBO and Expireds but it was like pulling teeth and after I got the listings I could tell some of the clients felt forced/ uncomfortable or like i was just after their money…now after 3 months in Im realizing why that approach is so flawed for long term success, no relationships and as soon as the slightest shift in the market happens your screwed exspecially in a market where someone already has relationships with everyone in the market! thank you for sharing this video, was unsure what to expect but ill be watching alot more videos

Ricky, I feel like I am in a perpetual state of “getting ready to get ready.” I obsess over my website looking just right, my website searches are set up just so, email templates set up an ready to go, business cards designed, etc. I am gearing up to start you 90 Day Action Plan 01.Aug.19, and as the date creeps closer, I feel unprepared. I just switched brokerages and I’m re-branding in the middle of all of this. I have a new broker and she seems on-board with my ideas and approach, she’s very supportive and set me up on a lead gen platform. I love talking to people and genuinely connecting, but I’ve been idle for so long that I’m suddenly resistant and hesitant to actually start executing. All of you videos resonate with me and there is suddenly a fear of actually pulling the trigger. I don’t suppose I have an actual question, I’m just trying to walk-thru my mindset and figure out why I’m so hesitant to execute. Since being introduced to your coaching, I feel so excited to get going and talking to people. You have taught me more than any broker to date. Thank you.

What he is saying is extremely true. I never did sales or any commission based job in my life. When I started selling cars, I intuitively understood that you need to value relationships over just chasing the deal. The managers always yelled at me for not doing what they and what every other salesperson did, which is chasing the deal. Long story short I was the salesman of the month, beating a 15-year and 8-year veteran, every full month I worked.

Crazy, such a small world, – I have driven by that office of yours maybe 100 times or more when I use to be a Yacht Broker in the area (Sold a lot of Sportsmans Marina and ate a Doc’s many times) – Now in Orlando – love your message, everyone in the first 8 months I have practiced Real Estate has been like you have to be high pressure, I have been in sales for 15+ years and that just wasn’t the way I sell, it’s about relationships, and you are putting me on the right path in Real Estate. I think my biggest fears is the language barrier, no having who to called ( my husband was in servicemen and all ways kept to myself) we moved to a different town and am still a hermit.
I guess still believed in my self, no confidence

Same with “marketing” coaches. It’s either to get you to pay for their courses, OR recruit you for their brokerage.

My fear is that I am unorganized and all over the place. This is my fear because how will I get this done if I am all over the place. I’m very self motivated but unorganized not knowing where to start is my fear in real estate. Oh and getting clients who will be able to trust a newbie with their home or finding them one
