The NAR Settlement TRUTH & Three Real Estate PRINCIPLES That Will Never Change

JOIN THE NEW COACHING PROGRAM FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS:

All my upcoming events:

Ricky Carruth brings the fire of his 21 years of real estate industry experience to the table everywhere he goes. He eats, sleeps and breaths real estate. Some of his achievements includes a three-time #1 RE/MAX agent, the top agent in his county for eight straight years and two-time author. In 2016, he became the first completely free real estate coach in the industry helping reduce the failure rate one agent at a time. He has had one of the loudest voices on the internet when it comes to the strength of the housing market since the pandemic. His presentations are energetic and full of the most recent housing data. You aren't going to want to miss his next event or video. And, as Ricky says, "Let's GOOOOO!"

We follow you and others quite a bit. This video is great. Thanks for encouraging your fellow agents. The truth is definitely hard to find anywhere!!

We travel to AL beaches pretty often for vaca. We are in North GA if you need to refer anyone.

There will be changes but there is plenty of opportunity. Just adjust and get better.

  • @Rosie-rx5ry says:

Will they get rid of MLS? If buyers actually had to pay themselves they wouldn’t waste an agent’s time. Which means you only work with serious buyers

  • @albundy3929 says:

Not even a shoutout for helping ya out? Ha

  • @lomelisuave193 says:

    Thank you Ricky!

  • @albundy3929 says:

    Positive yet realistic message

  • @nicholascuomo8401 says:

Do you think it’s the plaintiff’s attorneys causing the marketing of these false headlines?
