People should get together and sue attorneys for their fees. This case could set precedent for any industry that customy choose to sue.
How did home buyers get harmed? They did not pay their agent for representation.😅
We’ve already seen sellers refusing to pay and then take the 5th offer who has a buyer that’s going to pay their own agent. This was an invitation for sellers to not pay.
