    Hey Mike – following your steps, my ad set states 693-2k reach but – 0 leads; the error message states “Based on how you’ve set up your ad set, you may not get any leads. To fix this, consider making changes to your ad set before publishing.” Any suggestions?

      Check your budget. Too low and it won’t reach enough. You may have to increase it…many areas require more, some less.

    A few questions:

    1. Why not run a traffic ad to the IDX search results with forced registration? If you do the lead form and then direct them to the search results after they complete the form, they may be forced to register twice, once for the lead form and again when they look at listings

    2. I didn’t see any customization of the ad placements. Are you not controlling the placements? In my experience this is really crucial

      Hey Steve! Great questions.
      1. If you have forced registration, you can certainly do that as an option. I do this tutorial assuming people don’t have that as an option, and don’t want to alienate them. Also, you can always turn off forced registration and do it this way.
      2. In all of my past tutorials I customized the ad placements. However, based on updates in the algorithm and now Meta using A.I., we’ve found better results by ont doing that!.
