Ricky – ive been cold calling for 5 months, and although it’s better than not doing anything and sitting there, it;s been very frustrating as I have yet to gain any listing. I spend a few hours 4 days a week, and its really discouraging with the lack of result considering ive been cold calling nearly every day. Any advice?
First, redefine your definition of results. Then, realize why you aren’t getting deals…it’s you, your skill level of communication…not the prospects. Focus on getting them to feel comfortable with you, not getting a listing.
I’ve followed Ricky’s cold calling and I’ve added 150k yr since a year. So I wouid watch how he’s doing his cold calling and what he’s saying. Something you’re probably missing. Usually takes atleast 6 months to see the results and then it compounds yearly.
Do it for 12 months, then assess your results.
