Great Information.
Long time listener, first-time commenter….. You rock Brandon! Great content, brilliant insight into the common behaviours, the hustle, the little tips and tricks and overall, all the great advice.
You are my guru! Stay amazing and wishing you all the best because I just don’t ever want you to stop. I start in Real Estate on Monday and whilst I’m about to discover all of the pitfalls and dangers, you’ve managed to clear a pathway for me to navigate through.

What’s up with putting woman’s picture on a serious real good state talk? Sleezy to get viewers?
@@rajahadhiyappa5238 I think it’s more to do with realtors thinking more about their instagram posts than they are about selling houses. Counting likes instead of the dollars.
This episode is about how one can get distracted from real estate once they’ve found a comfort zone and people start to think that they might be better off focusing on other side hustles such as their social media, etc.
You doing reverse selling on me on every video I neeeed that coaching program
Everytime❤. BM wouldn’t be as good @ coaching it, if he couldn’t apply it to his target audience🤷🏽♀️ it’s still a HIGHLY PRINCIPLED communication style.
If you know you know 😆
i’m from toronto, canada and about to start my real estate career here. FSBO’s & expires aren’t popular here… do you recommend your course still? Is there other ways to find business and still use your course?
I’m a part of his program. There are PLENTY of other ways, other than just FSBO and EXP/CAN.
Then the switch to a multi tier rev share group. Me included…thinking they can recruit…only a select few can sell & recruit at the same time. Stick to what worked for you. It will be immensely more valuable down the road if you invest your money properly. Now back to what works. leave the rev share and back to the calling.
👏👏👏
I don’t know how you always read my mind with your content timing!
🧠
The problem with your logic, is that almost no agents I’ve ever met INCLUDING the top producers actually like selling houses….
Every last one of them got into real estate for the FINANCIAL AND FREEDOM rewards… not because they “liked selling houses”. Same thing with prospecting. No one makes cold calls “because they like it”.
They do it to to make lots of money. So the question then becomes do you need to like selling to be good at it? Nope, you sure don’t. Josh smith is a prime example. 103 units sold in his 2nd year, over 300 in year 3. Never liked selling houses but was top .001 of realtors…
NOTHING WORTH IT is as easy as it seems😤😓The TEAM mindset: You want to build a business AVOIDING the very thing the business is built on… i.e. selling houses😅
Team leader, real estate investor, and realtor here. None of those three things are easy and they are all different. Probably investing years in each thing before it starts working. Requires a lot of growth, and you really have to want to do each thing. Think the best teams are formed out of necessity rather than a goal to get out of production
Well put…
People aren’t content making 60-100k a year at a normal job, so they get into real estate to make 300k but don’t want to put the actual work in necessary to make that kind of money. They want to make top 5% money with the mind set and work ethic of someone who makes normal wages. I heard the average worker at a 9-5 job only puts 2-4 hours of actual work in a day.
A motivation not mentioned comes out of the situation when there is an upper limit to what one person can do. Especially when wanting to allocate a modest and reasonable portion of your time to enjoy the best of life with what you’ve created. The natural solution is a team to support each other and foster further growth.
I have a feeling I know where this podcast idea came from LOL.
I’m feeling very attacked right now 😂😭
