Tons of truth bombs in this video, great job. π― True no one gives a rats a$$ what brand you work with
I left a big local brokerage my 2nd year and went to a big national brokerage. In my 3rd year, they broke off and started their own franchise with that big brokerage. They demoted the manager who recruited me and was beloved. They announced both in an office mtg and labeled it as a surprise with mimosas. My business has tanked and I’ve been sitting here wondering if it was just me. Being new with no soi my first 2 yrs 50% of my leads came from the brokerage. Thanks for this video because it has just affirmed my goals for the future.
Well said!
Awesome info!! 2 months in the business!! Thank you
God damn this is GREAT video Iβve been waiting for, I now have the answers Iβve been looking for letβs just say itβs time.
Iβm a solo agent At my 2.5 year mark I left big box broker for a 100% flat fee $500 per transaction brokerage and never been happier. I generate all my leads and it would piss me off paying splits and bs fees
Iβve found that Baby boomers tend to care more about brand, although not all of them are that way.
