The thing Iβve grown to dislike most about prospecting expired and fsbo.. isnβt the calling them and being screamed at part. Itβs the condition of their property and the outrageous demands. CP and absentees are much easier to work with and imo the easiest calls to make, outside of maybe your sphere. I just had to learn that it takes consistency and making a lot more contacts

So a couple days ago I watched a video where you were teaching people how to call FSBO, old and new expires, and FRBO. You interviewed a guy who was tracking 1 million in commission in year two. I think the video was called quickest way to make 10k per month. What changed?
You can do well doing either method. This is just one way to build a business

Reading the comments- There’s no conflict of message. This isn’t a day one new agent that needs money asap strategy. This is for the established agent with a pipeline that is looking to generate leads but more from a top of funnel strategy. Or this might be a good option for someone who’s new in the business and doesn’t need the money to survive short term.
The LA agent’s call numbers are a tad bit CAP! π§’π§’π§’
