It’s exactly like losing weight and keeping it off. It takes a level of discipline that not very many people have and few will make the change. The ones that do will live a life of freedom both by the way of finance and not having to stress about where their next deal is coming from just like people don’t have to worry about where their next meal is coming from if they count for it and they have the metrics.

Fair housing wise can someone complain saying you’re targeting older individuals?
If you are doing it correctly you are asking the right questions to see if it makes sense for them to sell. Goal is to find the people who need to sell, with desire, ability and timeframe. If you are clear in your communication, you are offering a service to the homeowner.
Target marketing has nothing to do with fair housing. Fair housing is not discriminating against people of protected classes.
This was a solid video. I don’t agree with Brandon on everything, but he makes an extremely accurate point about working as an agent in “transient markets” like myrtle Beach. That’s the big secret you don’t figure out until you’ve been a prospecting agent for a few years.
These coaches like Greg Harrelson say “Market doesn’t matter”, yet they live in an area of MASSIVE turnover. Almost any lead source you call on has a ridiculous conversion rate, and you have 10 times as many leads to call on. Like expireds, fsbos in Florida vs. Utah is night and day difference.

I love your videos man. You convinced me I could do this so I got my license. I stopped watching because I was told I have to be a buyers agent on the team I’ve joined. I’ve still closed 6 deals since I started in December and got a listing. Also a referral. I’m going to start generating so many listings I have the ammunition to demand they make me a listing agent or just go independent. Thank you for the free knowledge. I just bought your book too.

Great video. There are so many variables and necessary skills that are in play with real estate telephone sales, it’s not for most.
I get confused when you say “circle prospecting”. Sometimes you are talking about geographic farming. I was taught circle prospecting was to knock around a just listed/ just sold. (Signs breed signs). It sounds like your talking telemarketing. No one should be randomly calling people. That’s a given.
