When I do open house the seller requires to know who comes in for many reasons..no one ever say no, also they have to disclosebifvthey have an agent. No one ever said no

Really great content that is spot on! Sadly 95% of agents will NOT DO what she is sharing. We have been doing nice pop by quarterly gifts, nice closing gifts, Christmas gifts, hand written cards, etc… since 2012. We don’t do $100 Million in production, but we’re top 2% in our major market and 88% of our dozens of sales each year are client referrals because we are committed to serving our clients with generosity.
