Howโd you like the house hacking in a duplex? Did you mind living alongside your tenants?
When people leave your long term rentals like this do you charge them or just keep their security deposit?
Dang Homie, I didnโt know you were only just getting started in Airbnb recently. Iโm pretty confident Iโll probably have a way better experience than with the long-term tenant tip. You can see what reviews other host left them before you even accept them as a guest so thereโs a certain level of filtering and a little bit of control that you have over the quality of guests that you receive at your properties, less likely that you have extensive extensive damage to the property and youโd be surprised a lot of the home furnishings like the stove. The laundry doesnโt get used as often as long-term living and tenants either. Anyway, good luck! And cool YouTube video I didnโt see posting for a bit. Take care! ๐
Hey Lily great video. Did you say you have team that can help with other business YouTube channels?

I’m on a similar financial independent journey as you. I own a few rentals and experimenting one as an airbnb. Now i’m on my 2nd year as an airbnb host and the constant managing of the house has kept it up in better shape than my other rentals. i’m likely going to convert another long term rental once their lease expires to an airbnb due to the success of my current airbnb.
Glad to hear it!
What is the verbiage? How do you tell a Tenant they canโt renew their lease?
@@w.thomas306 i would check local laws in your area, but for the most part a notice to your tenant that you will not be renewing their lease. and if you want to include a reason, there are valid reasons such as home upgrades, moving back in, are examples of valid reasons to not renew their lease. also, if they have lease violations with written notices might be grounds you can use.
