James Dwiggins on Clear Cooperation & NAR Requiring Listings On MLS
Join my Daily Devotional for Real Estate Agents:
Ricky Carruth is one of the leading coaches for real estate agents in the industry. With over 20 years of experience in sales as an agent himself, he was the top agent in his MLS for 8 years in a row and three-time #1 RE/MAX agent in Alabama. He has helped thousands of agents all over the world reach their goals and continues to be a light in the industry.
This Guy is wrong. I have several deals under contract, and there was no effort to get the buyer’s agent compensation. Every seller understand that the listing agent is not enough help to sell the house. It is that easy. They know they have to pay that compensation. If you do not offer compensation, Realtors will not show those properties.
I don’t think you listened to why he’s saying it’s bad long term. There will be an other lawsuit from buyers. It’ll be a big problem if you continue this way since there was a reason to begin with why we’re in this position now. Long term bad idea.
Great interview. A lot of clarification. Thx guys.
CA. 2992 DOES NOT REQUIRE BBA signed prior to showing a property!! Bad info.
I loved this. Thanks.
!!!I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks or Crypto will be appreciated
As a beginner investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable.
Ruth Ann Tsakonas is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I’m especially grateful to Adviser Ruth Ann Tsakonas, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.
I don’t really blame people who panic. Lack of
information can be a big hurdle. I’ve been
making more than $100k passively by just
investing through an advisor, and I don’t have
to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my
finances remain secure. So I really don’t blame
people who panic.
Without a doubt! Ruth Ann Tsakonas is a trader who goes above and beyond. she has an exceptional skill for analyzing market movements and spotting profitable opportunities. Her strategies are meticulously crafted based on thorough research and years of practical experience.
nice! once you hit a big milestone, the next comes easier.. How can i reach her, if you don’t mind me asking?
How many hours working with a seller (on average)? James Dwiggins mentioned average agent spends 87 hours working with a buyer. How much time working with a seller? BTW, this is DIRECT time on a SUCCESSFUL closing. Our business (all commission) also absorbs time working that we doe not get paid (clients who do not close, training, education, prospecting, marketing, networking, etc).
I think you mean NAR has not thought any of this through and the reason they haven’t is NAR is not in the field working with buyers and sellers everyday. More proof that those of us who do not want to be a member of NAR should have the choice not to be a member! Right now NAR is forcing us to complete a code of ethics class before the end of the year, not sure NAR even follows those ethics themselves.
Redfin next you are still a W2 employee working on a percentage.
James says agents are idiots for not wanting NAR. James also said 200k agents in California out of 400k agents are not part of NAR. So I should contribute to NAR so they can fight bills in DC but the other 200k agents who do not contribute do not have to? Explain more please and I am find with you calling me an idiot however I am opting out of NAR as soon as possible.
