Nice. Not too big. We stayed at an ABnB on lake Travis. 1st floor was a huge drive in garage that held about 5 vehicles, with an elevator up to the 2nd floor that had 2 bedrooms both ensuites with queen beds, the family room and the game room. The top level had 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen both fully furnished, big dining table, huge furnished balcony, with bbq grill. The elevator was perfect for any elderly or disabled family members and it also had a winding stairs. I think it’s all about how you market the use of the space.
Everything you need and plenty of wiggle room ❤️.
