Just side info, when you become agent there is a-lot of regulation what you can and cant say or do. Most people who invest never get a license, there truly is no need for it. Then there are others who say dont invest without a license. The only plus might be savings on commission thats about it.
I personally don’t want to be a real estate agent; that’s a different job than being an investor in my opinion
