I swear, if I had a dollar for every person that’s told me “I thought about getting my license”.. nah idk if you really want to do that.
Best career, but it ain’t for everyone. I hate the illusion around what people think we do vs what we actually do

What every real estate agent should know is that none of this advice Brandon gives you will work. You either have it, or you don’t. You are either born with it, or you win the success lottery. No amount of coaching will ever cross institutionalized systems who keep certain demographics out.
Example: You have to continuously pay your local Realtor Board monthly. This ensures that only real estate agents with wealth, familial support, can truly be successful. The rest of us normal people who work three jobs just to put food on the table certainly doesn’t have time or money for a monthly subscription fee. These are in the hundreds as well, we aren’t talking about single dollars here and there.
It sounds like you have a mindset issue. Brandon is not saying anything original and everything he says is accurate. You cannot be a talker, real estate is a DOING business. We all have the same 24 hours, you do not attract what you want you attract WHO YOU ARE✨God bless you!
