Mike I just want to say thanks man! I have followed you since day one at least it seems so. The info you have shared I would say is the most straightforward no BS info. You donβt waste time and you get right into. You literally say those words haha.
So many who teach or try to teach waste so much time up front when sharing info and itβs so annoying.
Not only do you do that but what you share is real an actionable. Itβs what needs to be said and what agents NEED to hear. If a new agent where to just listen to you and implement they would sky rocket in any market.

@@tjsoko15 tyler…yes I know how to pre qualify..but sometimes you pick up nuggets from the way others go through a process to help you improve yours…
During my first year in the business(many moons ago) my Broker burned me on the commission of a 1million dollar sale that I put together. Lesson learned, don’t work for a firm where the ‘competing broker/owner’ is controlling the outcome of deals!
I have almost the same story except my fraud sent Proof of Funds. Interesting that the communication between you and your guy, I had the same experience. Found LinkedIn accounts and multiple backgrounds to match the client which were all fake. We didn’t know until the EMD needed to be wired on a $4M deal. My question is why would someone put in all that effort ? Just for fun?
