The key to all of their successes is that they ALL have more than one source of lead generating.

  • @MaisamAliChangezi says:

I am new agent, just start 10 days ago. I was watching your videos from last one month and made my marketing approach on video. I made a video about my new career in real estate and shared on my social channels, and believe or not, I got 4 clients who are interested to sell, rent and buy their property with me. So I am trying my best to make 1 video everyday, if not after each day i must. So start is really good. ✌

  • @coreyrobinson9597 says:

Tom you are an awesome innovator in bringing eclectic minds together to share points that everyone can apply to their business. Thanks, I am a first year agent and ready to rock! This info was pertinent. The role play was excellent, it looks like it wasn’t planned but you saw it was needed!

  • @zzzcocopepe says:

75 transactions in your first year is amazing!! Most people don’t get any in the first year! They get maybe one or two and then there business starts picking up. And all he really did was just look really focused and driven

    • @ebc6708 says:

Yes, Cucumama….I am finding it very hard to believe that so many people are struggling at this if he could be on track with 75 transactions within a year and a half. What are these other people doing that they can’t get at least half of that? I mean people are walking around with the story to tell that says, “I only had 2 sales this year.” I would say that they are not doing anything at all. They are probably still wondering how they passed the state exam! They are still in awe over that. I tell my boys very often that to be the best today does not take much. People react slow. They become distracted. They do not even believe in themselves. Just a slight change in one habit can make you the best. Finding a niche and generating leads seems to be the first two important steps for a real estate agent. On March 22nd I took the Georgia real estate exam and passed it after 3 tries. Today’s date is April 9th, 2022. I am definitely mapping my plan to greatness. Cucumama…I am driven just as you described the 75 transaction gentleman. The advice in this video is fire! I have mentally indexed it!

  • @blakenieswand3493 says:

Refreshing discussion even for an experienced agent trying to improve.

  • @apartmentlocating says:

Most people overlook this one, but being a part-time real estate agent is one of the most reliable side hustles. Been doing it for years making an extra $10k per month on the side…

  • @Xxdxdsvv says:

I’m a new agent, This information is wonderful and cant wait to use it in my new career. Thank you!

  • @manugabbleRE says:

Really got a lot from this video – really great to see the different viewpoints and strategies from a variety of personalities. Especially was blown away by the Phil Gerdes role play with Pat Ferry @ 15:10

  • @JulianLuceroSARealtor says:

Really enjoyed this! I’ve slowly been watching more and more of your videos and the value you provide Tom I hope can make me an awesome agent💪💯 I’m struggling as a new agent because I still have a 9-5 job but I’m definitely aiming to go full time and hit it hard

  • @thelivelyagent8230 says:

Definitely need a mentor… just to help prevent the mistakes all new agents make. Once you learn the ropes it’s just about doing the simple revenue producing activities and not getting distracted from what works.

  • @giftoyegbade7919 says:

I feel this video is a must watch for all aspiring to be real estate and also those that are already in the business. I was really blessed! Thank you Mr Tom, GOD bless you!

  • @therealestateconnect says:

    Thank you Coach Ferry.
I absolutely enjoyed this video, I laughed throughout while taking notes. One of my all time favourites. We Love you from Namibia, Africa

  • @ebc6708 says:

I would expect this video to have a 1.5 million views by now! This is how good it was to me. Here is my plan after seeing this video. I am going to make a video on why I chose real estate as a career. Since I just passed my Georgia exam (March 22, 2022 whoohooo)! I am going to make videos on “my take” regarding how to pass the Georgia state exam, tips ides etc. This is so relative to me right now. It’s all I know right now! Got to start with what you know! I will then explain some pathways to entering into the business so that you do not go hungry trying to make it. I will then talk about my prospecting habits…sticking with 1 or 2 activities super consistently. After that, I will video my journey of becoming great, (hopefully in the near future). I am excited and have gotten some really good ideas from this video. This video has also revealed info that Tom Ferry did not even mention. It really gets your mind going about the possibilities that are out there for you!

Great content. As a somewhat new agent, this helped a lot.

  • @DavidAntony-gq7id says:

After a terrible 2022, shell-shocked financial backers have a lot to think about and losses to recover from. An expansion report and a wealth of other data did little to alter assumptions that the Central bank would likely keep raising interest rates regardless of whether the economy slows down. This implies that portfolios will experience more losses during the first quarter of 2023. I’m currently at a crossroads deciding whether to exchange my $250k security/stock portfolio; how might the continuous market volatility work to my advantage?

    • @MarcusFred-wn3iv says:

Concentrate on two main objectives. First and foremost, keep yourself safe by knowing when to sell stocks to reduce losses and maximize gains. Second, prepare yourself to gain from a market turnaround. I advise you to seek the advice of a representative or financial counselor

    • @DavidAntony-gq7id says:

@@MarcusFred-wn3iv In fact, ever since Coronavirus, I’ve been in regular communication with financial examiners. Nowadays, buying moving stocks is quite easy; the trick is knowing when to buy and when to sell. The section and leave orders for my portfolio are made by my counsel. accumulated more than $550,000 from a $150,000 savings that was initially stale.
