This is perfect timing. It felt like all the previews I was going on were selling regardless. Previews definitely work in a more “normal market” to let the prospect feel the pain of not selling. But you’re completely right with going for this change in our current market, awesome that you’re ahead of the curve either way. 🙏‼️

Great scripts Brandon. How does your program and scripts change for Canadian agents? I’m still new and taking the course but heard FSBO’s are considered soliciting and illegal in Canada.
This one was really nice, HOWEVER, can we discuss the content of that Backup plan? I mean, I do not live in the US, so many of your tools and tipps do not apply in Europe (we do not have access to so much personal information for legal reasons). So what is in your plan that a FSBO can not do on his/her own? Many thanks for your videos Brandon

I want to do some cold calling, but I have a tendency to be way too verbose, and not engaging enough using questions. So this will extremely help with that. Your scripts are short and snappy and explain what the motivation behind these realtors questions, and the customers answers are, so it helps a lot. 🙂

Glad to hear someone else is using this phrase, I’ve been teaching “I’m a local realtor” as well for the last 7-years, it is a completely different approach and you are right Brandon that also eliminates the question of “which area do you work most”. Another phrase we use to get an appointment with a FSBO once we know they are realtor friendly is, “You know Mr./Mrs. FSBO if I were you I would do the same thing, would you be home later today say 6:15 pm, I’d like to come by and get a copy of your sellers disclosures”. This gives you the opportunity of get in the home, preview it, get a face to face, and most times they do not have the disclosures, which allows you to start building value because you have copies and will provide one right on the spot.
