No joke, keeping a good credit score is key to getting ahead. I avoid debt like the plague, but a good score makes getting access to money so much easier and cheaper.
As someone who has had a terrible credit score, I absolutely agree!! The system is made to keep people down once they’re down.
@@thejonathanhatch agreed, why do you think they shove the idea of “college” so hard on people right out of high school with insane amounts of debt and interest… same goes for car’s too, mortgages they had to 10x the price as high interest would’ve caused to many issues on the back end for banks (as revisit to 2008 just in the opposite direction)

“Hey Graham! I’ve been a huge fan of your content for a while now, and I love how you break down the numbers on different investments. I was wondering—could you do a deep dive comparing the profitability of laundromats and car washes versus rental properties?
A lot of people (myself included!) are curious about which of these options provides the best long-term returns, factoring in initial investment, operational costs, and passive income potential. It would be awesome to see you analyze the pros and cons of each, maybe even with some real-life examples or case studies.
I think this would be a super valuable video for your audience, especially for those looking to diversify their investments beyond real estate. Hope this idea makes the list! Thanks for all the great content!”
Keep up the hard work love watching your videos. God bless.

Trying to figure out how the “fire video bro just finished it” guy finished the 17 minute video 5 minutes after it posted….

fun fact going from 50,000 a year to 60,000 a year working 40 hours a week is $4.81 more per hour
Yes, and its 20% more than you were originally making.
every time i hear “What’s up guys, it’s graham here” instead of “What’s up Graham, guys here” i frown just a tad :c
Whats up here, its graham guys

What’s Graham guys, up here
Congrats on the 5 mil subs
Thank you so much!!
At 40 i really wish i would have had access to these videos when i was younger. To think of all the money i have wasted throughout the years and the gains i could have made make me upset. Im now the old guy that goes around giving advice to younger people that dont care what i say bc what do i know.
Advice: DO NOT CALCULATE the amount of money you’ve lost to bad decisions. It’s emotionally destructive.
I calculated recently the cost of one small decision: to leave my investments in their original target date funds rather than putting them in the S&P500 lo these past ~12 years, and the answer was 100k, which is about 30% of my current net worth.
I’m choosing not to think about how much I’ve sunk into unnecessary pizza, because dang, I just don’t think I could take it.
How much do you think you lost?

I’m 33 and I started trying to be more financially minded and responsible at like 28 and I still feel like I’m kinda behind. It makes me wanna like, go around to high school and do talks or something because I literally never learned a thing about money at school. Kinda sucks that the only real way you’d ever learn about this kind of stuff from like, your family or after it dawns on you, which is likely a little later than you’d like.
I’m going through this stuff with my niece.
She’s 25 and won’t listen to a word I say and won’t let me set her up starting at $50 a paycheck.
Yet, she’s jealous that I can take 3 months off every winter…

Boys, don’t skip Graham’s mid-roll ad. He’s giving us invaluable financial advice, especially for younger people.
Watching on Phone: Tap and hold the screen once to 2x
Watching on Computer: Hold the space bar to 2x
Does skipping through the midroll ad decrease his revenue? How would they know if I skip forward 30 sec?
@@jacobs9604 Oh they know. Trust me.
Hit 220k today. Appreciate you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with 34k in January 2025
I would really love to know how much work you did put in to get to this stage
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my whole life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear that you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small Investment, thank you Jihan Wu you’re such a life saver
I’m surprised that this name is being mentioned here. I stumbled upon one of his client’s testimonies on CNBC news last week.
I’m favoured, 90K every week! I can now give to the locals in my communities and also support God’s work and the church. God bless America,, thank you Mr Jihan Wu😊🎉
Waking up every 10th of each month to £210,000 it’s a blessing to I and my family… Big gratitude to this same Jihan Wu🙌
Nailed it! I sent this to my kids, cause if i told them this ( which i have) they wouldn’t listen but if a YouTuber tells them this it is more likely to sink in.
You got that right 😂
Funny how that works.
I do the same thing. Hope they listen.
It’s crazy how some people give away million-dollar insights for free, and 99% will still ignore them. Huge respect for this content!
Hmmm valuable?😂😂😂
You do NOT have to start a business to become rich. Most people I know including myself who are millionaires did so from a job. There’s many very high paying jobs out there; ones that pay $500k-$1m a year or more.
Times are very different
Also I hope you’re doing well and doing the best you can!

5 million congratulations!!! Great content and great delivery of the information.
Glad you think so! Thank you so much!
Dude I’m so glad I was born in this age, you feel like an asset to me Graham, thank you
Happy to hear that!
We make about $250k a year. We are carrying a large boulder of debt behind us. Drive 10+YO cars, own a house, and make all our payments, but we are definitely paycheck to paycheck
I’ve watched your videos and taken away the best advice that benefits me, and applied them to my unique situation.
I now have less than $2k in credit card debt, 10 payments left on my car and a credit score over 800.
I just started (again) to put money into savings and have adopted a plan where if I can’t afford to buy it with cash, then I can’t afford it.
I’m also 50 and don’t need things as much as I used to.
What should I do next? Invest or real estate?
I do not own a home currently.
Anyways, thanks for these videos. They really do help!!
Thanks!
No problem!
I really appreciate it!!
Great to see you reverting back to your original content Graham. Personally I find this so much valuable than a 2-hour podcast about people eating raw meat
