I am Alexander from NYC also known as Arc’angel. What made me get my first deal in my second week of working was simply a person in my iPhone who I happen to call during Prospecting and she needed to move fast to another apartment. We met my first week of work and this week she got approved by the landlord and, coincidentally she said wow you are my Angel! Lol thanks to Kevin the Boss of #yesmasters I used my PC personal Circle and got fast results. Also, it’s good to believe in God.

  • @far574 says:

Great video! I’m a new agent and this is one of the things I plan on doing.

  • @Cuisinefit says:

Great video! What about if you can’t get open houses from your own office? On the other hand I called other agents and they said they only give open houses for their own agents? Any suggestions?

  • @cindytrotier7332 says:

Absolutely love the energy! Very inspirational! I’m on day one in the business and still putting my paperwork through. I was here waiting for the office to open first thing in the morning so I could get things rolling. I’m hungry and ready to add business to my plate. Glad I found you. Thank you!

  • @cgre says:

You’re an outstanding teacher! I’m a new agent and you’ve re-inspired me to not give up, with the knowledge you’ve shared in your videos.

  • @guitar6411 says:

Emailing and soliciting FSBOs could violate the CANSPAM Act. If you call them, be sure to check the Do Not Call Registry to make sure you comply with those laws. Tread carefully so you won’t be reprimanded by your REC.

I’d like to compare this to my experience in the Air Force. I joined to be a computer programmer but they gave me the job as a welder. I DECIDED to become the best welder and went on to win quarterly awards in response to that. I took on tasks that everyone was scared to do. Everyone was afraid to talk to the big wigs and take on the jobs that cost an arm and leg if you F up. I did all that and in the first 2 years, AS A ROOKIE, I was not treated the same. It was this mentality that you are coaching that I found myself with. Some do it naturally while others have to be taught. It has great power and can take you where ever you want to go. 👍

Kevin… what an inspiration you are! I am 48 and want to start a new career. I have worked at the job (same position) for 12 years. During this time I attended college full time to finish my BA in Psychology, but due to finances I could not move on to get my Masters (which is needed to proceed in that field). For some time now I have felt that I’m meant to do MORE! I love people, I enjoy helping others in need, a love real estate. Your videos have lit a fire in me and I am so excited to start real estate school. Thank you!!!!

  • @jacobmclaughlin6701 says:

I’m taking my online classes right now to get my license! I’ve been a stay at home mom for the past 7years. I’m terrified of all the new changes to come. But I’m so motivated. Your videos are giving me the confidence I need to just take over and get that money!!

    • @ghalsos9130 says:

Tyler Harris hi! Came to a screeching halt due to me being a stay at home of 3 and having to do virtual learning from school. I will start up my classes again at the end of October once my kids return to school.

    • @ghalsos9130 says:

Tyler Harris I do like aceable just ALOT of reading! I had done my hours just never tested. But I completed them in person at champions school in San Antonio Texas. I enjoyed the face to face more than this virtual.

    • @ghalsos9130 says:

      Tyler Harris yes definitely!

    • @kathytune4497 says:

I just started the aceable agent!! 5 chapter in and Iam enjoying it. I cant go to a school, I dont live close enough to make that work. Did you say that you finished yours in a school? How did the test go for you?

    • @ghalsos9130 says:

@Kathy Tune hi Kathy! Still doing my online classes. Unfortunately the whole at home virtual schooling is still going on. So it’s out those on the back burner.
But Yes in 2013 I went to Champions real estate school in San Antonio,Texas. They were face to face and I really enjoyed them a lot better! Even took extra classes to get some certificates. It went by sooooo much faster! I went to school 5 days a week 9am-4pm and sometimes on Saturday. I’d say it took me 6-8weeks. I never did schedule my state/national test. And my chance to test expired after a year. So that’s why I have to redo my hours and such. Good luck on your new career!

  • @wolves1fan830 says:

I’m think about getting into it again I was in I. 2010 for a little bit during my first month i sold 3 homes bringing a buy to auction got 2 listings and sold a 300000 homes but wasn’t in the position to do it 100 percent and had to go back to construction I’ll tell you this everything g he said in this video is 100 percent accurate I held opens every day unless I was showing houses i talked to at least 50 people a day at my opens or more but I did put out at least 20 signs directing people there from every direction on main rds lol hard work pays but it takes a min this time I’m in a better position in life and I’m going to get this done thx for the video

  • @MrCartagena713 says:

Excellent video, lot of motivation within. Just wanted to add that it would be a great idea offering to FSBO’s to host their open house for free. I found this strategy so powerful to win them.

  • @alexblenkarn says:

Thank you so much Kevin, I got my license on Friday, and this video has helped me set a game plan for how I want to run my business!

  • @shaniaceline1017 says:

I still have to pass my State Exam, however, I have been in sales for a while.. not Real Estate… but sales. Asking for the sale is SOOOOO important and so is going out and generating your own leads. I was a top producing business sales rep at a Mobile Store and that was one thing I noticed that really worked! Cold calls, going out to small business’s etc. You hear alot of no’s, which can be discouraging if you dont look at it through the Law of Averages. Every “no” means you’re that much closer to your “yes”. Obiously, I would do some things a bit differently in Real Estate than I would in Mobile Sales, but the concept is still the same. I love how you explain things, I have been looking at other Real Estate videos on here and yours are by far the best! Thanks for all that you do.
