How can you spend eight hours a day only calling expireds?
I live in a big market with a lot of expireds i would run out of old expireds within 2-3 weeks.
What market are you in? How many cancelled, withdrawn, Expired’s do you have in the past 5 years?
@@BrandonMulrenin Expireds and cancelleds and withdrawns are few and far between in most markets, and that’s coming from someone who went back and got as many old expireds as possibe from MyPlus Leads.
Fact is, only big cities have a lot of those, and your average agent isn’t in a big city. Unfortunate, but true.

Why retire your license? Put it in referral status.

dang, i circle prospect four hours a day at 18 years old and thought that was a lot of volume lmao, prospecting for seven or eight hours a day while still going on appointments and following up with leads sounds insane. i hope to have any business this year though haha, even three of four transactions would make me happy being full-time

i think that applies more to robocalls and scam callers than realtors, i hate receiving robocalls and scammers calls and texts and i’ve been getting it weekly, it is very annoying
