Just dont pay US taxes you aint live there

    • @LamboBy2025 says:

If she lives in the u, s, why is she paying taxes towards?
      Ireland

    • @M1kk_MR says:

@@LamboBy2025bc she still has Irish citizenship. You have to pay tax to whatever country you hold citizenship with. It’s the same with the us, only way to stop paying us federal taxes is if you relinquish your citizenship

    • @lorenzofiorini9471 says:

@@M1kk_MRnot true. On the contrary, the only countries in the world that force their citizens to pay taxes towards them even if they do not live there are the US and Eritrea.

    • @toohda says:

@@lorenzofiorini9471 yes but the US will subtract how much you pay in the other country

For example, let’s say you were a US citizen and an Irish citizen living in Ireland and Ireland would charge you 30% in the US will charge you 40% . The US in this case will subtract a 30% from the 40% and only charge you 10%.

  • @cojomc1502 says:

Just move to the US then or a different country if Ireland is overtaxing you.

  • @wookieewantacookie says:

Dude they some how keep the pimp hand strong even on a digital world one pimp to rule them all

  • @ezclips7786 says:

Is she dumb?, Ireland and the USA have a double tax treaty meaning you won’t get taxed twice no matter what, she need an accountant 😂

  • @BeardedFordTech says:

So $5,160 in taxes. Take home $3,440.

  • @PierceTrey says:

She should invest some money in making her eyes not look scary

  • @NYCrazyRob says:

I think there are ways around this. She just needs to find someone who knows how the system works.

  • @TheCreditShifu says:

She needs a good CPA, I’m sure there is a way around that,

    • @lawinganjo5783 says:

yea for sure, there is no way she must all that, unless she is a solo and doesn’t have a accoutrement, specially if you hire a good one.

    • @jacobsnellenberger860 says:

Nah, US taxes your income anywhere in the world if you’re a citizen

    • @TheCreditShifu says:

@@jacobsnellenberger860 she’s Irish and lives in the US, so its not the situation you are thinking of. But even if it was, US citizens abroad only pay tax on income above $126k, she mentioned $8000 or so a month in income. 8000×12= $96,000, so she is under that $126k ammount anyway. But still that is not the situation she is in.

      @@TheCreditShifuthat’s cap bro.

  • @erikblomqvist8325 says:

I doubt she understands anything about taxes. She should have an accountant have a look at that.

  • @jordankendall86 says:

She needs a tax professional that specializes in her situation. She must be doing something wrong.

  • @R0ll0 says:

Correct me if im wrong but wouldnt it be better since ireland is part of the eu to go live in the netherlands and than you would have to pay dutch taxes but since they have a deal with the us you can get those taxes back

    • @tonymouannes says:

Do you think it’s that easy to just go live where the tax is lower? California and New York would have zero residents if that was the case.

    • @vitaluka says:

@tonymouannes for an EU citizen, it is as simple as moving to another EU country. She just needs to save up to make the move. But she can freely work anywhere in the EU with as simple as going to a police department and registering that its her new address and telling Ireland she moved

    • @vitaluka says:

Also if the move even saved $3k a month it would pay off very quickly as she could just gradually start over instead of trying to find a way to bring everything over at one time.

  • @Scottyv12 says:

Twitch takes a percentage but that isn’t “tax” that’s a commission or fee.

  • @timahern1017 says:

    “Like the UK does”

*shows picture of the Eiffel Tower*

  • @FrozenWDK says:

That’s why most big twitch streamers in this situation… MOVE!

  • @gjrevans says:

Kinda sounds like tax rates in Canada except it’s not a special use case, it’s for everyone who does “okay” for themselves.

  • @PeterMilko says:

why not do it from Ireland?!

  • @benpriest1418 says:

Buy a house in the UK, say you live there most of the time!

  • @TyHever says:

Move to Nevada, get citizenship in the US and denounce your Ireland citizenship, pay straight up lower taxes

  • @nr12345 says:

“all this work” , sorry Graham, being a twitch streamer should never be classified as a job. You are a professional unemployed simp magnet.

  • @DarthBane-zf8wv says:

So when a viewer donates, they are really just donating to governments
