@Master Prophet Whose to say he’s not helping people out a true believer in Christ is about giving back. His book is actually giving you valuable information that would cost thousands 🤷🏽♂️

Phil, I’m not sure of where in Florida you live, or are investing, but I live and work in Northern Mississippi and my wife and I vacation in NW Florida every year. I can’t afford the Apprentice program at this time, but Real Estate investing and securing my retirement is my desire. I retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1990 and will be looking to retire from the Fed Govt in the next year or so, and would love to dedicate the rest of my working life to Real Estate investing. I have only listening to the first video, but I can see that you have spent the time necessary to get all of the information that I need, so I am looking forward to digging in!
Phil, Have you deal with bed bugs in your investment/rental properties if so, how did you deal with it? They can be so challenging to get rid of.
No. But I’m sure new mattresses and a good exterminator could help.

Is it better to work with several contractors or a single “do it all” contractor?
Several. You need redundancy when one isn’t available
How often you change contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc)?. Seems like mines are trying to screw me every second project I do with them in a row
Now that I have incredible contractors at every discipline, I don’t change. I am extremely loyal to the 1 out of 100 contractors. They are worth their weight in gold.
