Do I clean between Airbnb guests?

As a parent who has had our lives destroyed before NY catching scabies from a hotel I wish ppl understood the health risks they put others at with sharing blankets or other items between random ppl. I really wish airbnbs would invest in commercial washer & dryers not only to wash all bedding but also for more sanitary cleaning of towels & wash clothes. I’ve found in every single airbnb I’ve cleaned regular washers just don’t get things clean especially the new washers they don’t get things clean & the time it takes to wash things between guests is very stressful. It would be SO much more sanitary & time efficient if everything INCLUDING comforters was stripped & replaced with already clean options so having plenty of back up sets cleAn & ready to go then taking all dirty laundry to be cleaned with commercial washer & dryers.
