What are your biggest challenges when making prospecting calls? 👇

    • @browniels1742 says:

“DNC”!! Most of the leads I generate/pull for cold calling are on the do not call list. How do you feel about the DNC list, Brandon?

    • @brandonhomepro says:

Hi Brandon. What do you do when you are attempting to do your Monday follow up calls after you have met with FSBO’s but they never answer? Do you keep attempting to call them and text on Friday’s even though week after week they never answer the phone or reply?

    • @BekOne88_eToro says:

      Actually calling 😭

    • @davidbernstein-realtor310 says:

Getting over the initial fear of picking up the phone. Not sure what the actual fear is , but it’s there ..And then how to handle the mean rude caller . I guess it’s the mindset?

    • @juniorkhan650 says:

@David Bernstein – Real Estate Agent that’s me right there, the fear of rejection is a tough mental hurdle

  • @amandapandaatx7997 says:

Absolutely amazing. I can’t wait for my Friday =) My confindence is boosted every single time I watch your videos. I got my lead source, I got my scripts, and I got nothing but time =) Great job you’re doing. Valbona you’re going to be great!!! <3<3<3

  • @sjoyceboyer4719 says:

That has been my biggest self inquiry, making the connection, what I bring to the table, and the value they would accept from me and my services.

  • @AbeerSharaf says:

Encouraged me to go to prospecting after i totally stopped. Learned a lot. Velbonna did great. Thanks!

    • @BrandonMulrenin says:

Why did you decide to stop prospecting?

    • @AbeerSharaf says:

@Brandon Mulrenin I only did FSBOS, and lately, they are not giving me any chance by selling by themselves, and ghosting me at all levels. Gut frustrated.
On Tuesday, Im starting with absentees and distressed with full energy 🙏🏻👍

  • @markfisk242 says:

This video is loaded with valuable, real life scenarios. Wow! Thank you Brandon.

  • @TheSoberSommelier says:

Brandon, great channel, thanks for the content. Quick question. I was talking to a Realtor friend of mine and I mentioned your 1% “handle the transaction” fee for FSBO, I love that option. She says it won’t work because even if the FSBO finds a buyer that the buyer will still need an agent and they’ll want a commission. I’m not licensed yet so I didn’t argue but does a buyer require an agent to make a purchase? She says it’s dual agency but I said it’s “no agency” since the 1% is just to manage the transaction. What am I missing? Thanks again. PS I’m in California.

    • @ashynv says:

it depends on your state! Typically yes you don’t need a buyers agent! But that might make agents with buyers not want to show that home with no commission for them. Otherwise they get their buyer to give them their commission they agreed on before. And yes it would be Dual Agency kind of….more like facilitator! Hopefully your broker can elaborate more for you!

    • @BrandonMulrenin says:

There’s a lot here but when this situation occurs, which is very rare, the agency relationship is technically a “transaction coordinator”, not “dual agency”.

    • @slims5451 says:

I think she just didn’t want to talk live… jus saying guys

  • @davidbernstein-realtor310 says:

Love you confidence in the phone.

Question. How do you handle aggressive rude fsbos ? Do you just skip them or continue to try to communicate with them ?

  • @case1 says:

Brandon! You’re a BEAST! I love your content and training videos. Thank you for sharing.

  • @octavioruiz1918 says:

You make it look so easy! Just ordered an absentee owner call list from my brokerage and I’ll be getting it Monday. I also booked a call with you guys Monday at 1PM, I’m ready to take this to the next level. Hope to be a part of your coaching program soon!

  • @gurparshadkundal4276 says:

Hi Brandon, I love your energy while talking to prospect

  • @davidvincent8908 says:

Waiting on test results for my License, doing heavy DD and planning to jump into being a full time-realtor. These videos helped me with the “unknown” aspect of talking real-estate over the phone since it will be new to me. I just stopped selling cars at Chevrolet for 3 years and I would relentlessly cold call every day through any lead source I had available, and I feel your style matches how I handled potential customers, including your mindset of how to power through the # of calls, extended duration of the call to bring out the real objection, and all while creating trust that you’re there to just help whether its now or a year from now. I will keep watching these vids to keep myself sharp. Thanks!

  • @davidcarter367 says:

I love this guy! And the way he’s able to make a contact and if the appointment! I plan to be successful like this! I’m looking to do one-on-one coaching with them

  • @AnteIce says:

I’m learning a lot here as an ISA. Worth watching! It’s really the tonality and how you say it.

  • @fdcdrifter says:

I’m saving up for your course Brandon. You’re an amazing coach and its worth every penny, I just need my listing to sell thats coming up! 🙂

  • @foreroal says:

I like your tone of voice and the well-articulated conversation that you have with your prospects!!…excellent advice, congratulations!!

  • @poetofreason1610 says:

It’s disgusting how fluid he is with these calls lol I’m a nervous wreck just thinking about starting to call FSBO’s….. I’m hoping to draw from his energy and build that confidence to start prospecting like this ….

  • @michelleparks3233 says:

This is GREAT! LOVE the comfort you display when having conversations!

  • @joycechristineenriquez1924 says:

Hi I’m still starting and I must say you make it look easy! i’ll definitely try this, Thank you so much. FROM THE PH 🙂
