Can you MAKE listings sell?
Agents get so hung up an trying to "sell the listing." And, yes, we want to sell the listing, but you have to have a realistic realization of what you can control and what you can't. You can't magically MAKE a listing sell. Listings sell when they want to, not when you want them to. Focus on what you can control: understanding your clients situation better and helping them achomplish their goals through correct pricing and market positionsing…after that, let it happen.
