Hi Kelvin, I spoke to few expired for months and they first mention they are not interested, then they said not ready, then all the sudden they resisted with the previous agent, any suggestion to me is that I did not well qualify them?
I understand you’re not interested at the moment…. Dig further, learn about their situation and understand them. Ask more questions. Before asking if they’re aware of what you could do for them.
“don’t give up” Good advice – One of the hardest parts about doing this is staying positive. it takes courage to get shut down multiple times and continue calling. Or, finally securing that listing appointment, not succeeding and ultimately noticing the property listed with someone else a few days later. This carrying on for months with an empty cupboard and piling envelopes is tuff on the soul.
is anyone else struggling to maintain the ability to stay positive? I’m finding the negativity of repeated rejection leaking into my personal life. I suppose true charisma separates the winners.

kevin ward I really like your clips. if I may ask you a question on your techniques. Im paraphrashing now but when you say “if I can show you how to net your price, at the fastest, least problems etc..would you at least sit down with me?” from a mathematics pointview, how does that work? do you have a clip on breaking down the #’s?
