BREAKING: TCPA Update on New Cold Calling/Text Rules

The new TCPA rules on one-to-one consent were supposed to start today, but the courts had other plans. Not only were they postponed, but also minutes later vacated. Not they these rules effected the way real estate agents do business anyway, it was good to see that the rules are getting tighter in this department.

If you are not allowed to call FSBO. How the hell are you suppose to sell their house. They put their number in public hoping you would call them to help them get their house sold. Screw these leads company.

Keep up the good work Ricky. Your message to bring clarity to TCPA and to inform us that the rule has been postponed certainly helps many real estate agents understand that nothing has changed. If you were in compliance before, you will still be in compliance as these rules are currently written. Just knowing these rules are postponed for a year should settle the minds of many who were concerned.

Ricky, thanks for sharing. This shows that the IMC is more concerned for their members compared to NAR. I haven’t found any articles that show if NAR speaking against FCC.

Of course it’s a lie. Screw consumer privacy, spam them as much as you can, calls, texts, who cares.

Besides this, have you ever thought of interviewing ALEX HORMOZI?

  • @maxwellshouse says:

For fucks sake. Every time I get closer to leaving my job and doing real estate fulltime I’m hearing about another damn rule/law that can stop me from doing business. I’m so damn sick of it. Hopefully, Ricky is right about this. At this point it’s like they’re trying to make it hard for us to succeed. When are they coming for attorneys and doctors?? Let us make money!!!
