@@BrandonMulrenin Great, I also like #8; I know 1-1 coaching is typically pricey; you don’t have a community of agents that you or your other coaches as a group to be price sensitive? and I just tried #2 & had the seller on more than usual & became a warm lead…expired list today

This study speaks volumes. I was doing the how are you opening and would constantly get hung up on or a “not interested”. The pattern interrupt has brought those numbers up a ton for me.

All your videos are amazing! What would be your opening line if you know that cold calling is prohibited by law and can be fined with a huge amount,like here in UAE. I’m struggling to get listings just because of this fear. And I don’t know how to start the calls,knowing that I’m actually violating the law if I’m calling.

Love the percentage tracking breakdown. Obviously those will vary, depending and how well the guy calling is delivering it, but this was very unique, scientific, and useful. Solid concept. a/b test everything, see which ACTUALLY works the best for you personally.
