Probably my favorite interview so far. Incredible attitude. Regarding compensation, is your goal of 50 listing in line with 6 figure income? I ask because, 50 transactions would be roughly 400-500k GCI in my market (~500k median price home).
Looks like it greatly exceeds her six fig target.

Great interview! Most people do not understand what it really takes to become successful. You both are such a great example of what it takes to do this business right. Brandon, I recommend many of your videos to our agents. I had a great coach when I was an agent that helped me list and sell over 100 properties per year. Now I help our agents grow their businesses, but most agents are not willing to prospect every day as a daily ritual. It takes a strong mindset and incredible work ethic. You each have both.
When she talked about the 6-month mark for new agents and going through it… bro, that spoke to me. Soon to be 8 months in and that was facts. It’s a tough, tough industry, but I know it will be worth it! Best of luck to you guys.

You have to go into real estate part time bc you don’t get paid at all until your first sale. The only way you can jump in full time is if you already have clients waiting to flood in, if you know the right person or already have thousands saved for bills. I’m planning on starting early next year but as a single mom, will HAVE to start part time or I’ll lose my home, car etc
I’m single with no children, also dual career.
