In the video intro example, you can get ChatGPT to write a better headline and intro. You have to mod the prompt to this. “Act as an experienced REALTOR with years of experience. [Ask for the video script as you did]. Make sure the title is catchy and will convert and get the most views.” Then it will write a Buzzfeed style headline.

What a great video Mike! As always you provide so much amazing content. I just used ChatGPT to write valentine letters to my recent closed clients talking about how much I appreciated them trusting me to do business with them. You’re right that it takes some editing and making it you, but it gave all kinds of great ideas of things to say that was VD themed while still sounding professional. I can’t wait to use it for the things you suggest here. Especially content for my YouTube channel which is always my biggest hurdle. Finding the time to research all the different topics will be so much quicker. Btw, can’t wait for SAA 3.0!!!
