Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business on September 15, 2008 – the same day that Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse. While the real estate sector has steadily recovered, Serhant himself has quickly become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and the Hamptons. The Serhant Team has been named by WSJ Real Trends as the #1 real estate team in New York for two years in a row, and the #2 team in the country, selling close to $1 billion in real estate last year. Ryan is consistently the youngest broker to make the Journal’s top ten list each year.

Ryan stars in the popular Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which just wrapped its seventh season. On September 18, 2018 – the week of his 10-year anniversary in real estate – he will debut his first book, Sell It Like Serhant. When pre-sales were announced, Ryan was #1 on Amazon’s daily list of “Movers and Shakers.” As star and producer, this year he also debuted his new Bravo show, "Sell It Like Serhant," started a successful vlog (www.youtube.com/ryanserhant) and launched an app (Agent Empire: NYC). There is nothing Ryan can't do. His motto communicates his professional and personal philosophy, "Expansion. Always. In all ways."

Can’t wait to see this, Ryan! Super excited! Just finished reading your book, so I’m on a Serhant High right now. Wish I could leave AZ and go to New York to thank you in person!

  • @RyanSerhant says:

What’s your favorite part of this house?!

  • @TheGibbonsGroup says:

Anyone looking to get into real estate Ryan Serhant is a must watch. Especially the early VLogs where he talks about his journey into real estate and how he built his customer base. You might look at him and think it was all easy and from his story it obviously was not. He’s meant a lot to our success and he inspired us to start doucmenting our own journey in real estate. THANKS RYAN!

    • @RyanSerhant says:

Wow, this is awesome! First off, thank you for watching! Secondly, email adrian(at)ryanserhant.com I want to send you a signed book.

    • @TheGibbonsGroup says:

Ryan Serhant uhh is this real? I will definitely email him. Thanks so much for replying that’s crazy. Thanks again for being an inspiration and helping us build our business. Truly love watching the hard work and grind.

  • @AngleRealtyGroup says:

Beautiful home. Ryan your tours are masterful!! Thanks for all the info and inspiration!

  • @hsehovic63 says:

Ryan, you are the best boss ever. Yuri is always on vacation lol

  • @BASE5NYC says:

One of my favorite things about living in the City is you never know what’s in the random buildings you walk by. I’ve been to the craziest places you’d never imagine could be there… clubs you get to through a stock room of a bodega, casino under a fish market, incredible restaurants hidden in the back of a taco stand, huge luxury lofts in crappy neighborhoods. Never ends.

    • @abdobouchareb6791 says:

This’s what makes it interesting, you never feel that you’re fed up with the city, there’s always something to experience daily.

  • @redouansaddiki2465 says:

I love this presentation Ryan, realy soft, realy zen. And beautifull appartement. Cheers to the stones artisans who made the fishes, the ceilings and the floor in the master bathroom.
    This is peace of art

  • @scotthuizinga says:

I’m really shocked at the price, maybe I’ve been watching way to many of these videos, but i feel like 11 million is pretty reasonable price considering how gorgeous this place is with an outdoor patio and two parking spots.

    • @emmierene3898 says:

blablbbl addsa the price is not really reasonable, but like you said comparing to the apartments in NY that they’ve asked millions for , this is the first one that I’ve also seen one that looks very decent !

  • @ForgingMyLife says:

Very tasteful home. Looks like a home, not just an apartment. NOT tacky at all.

    • @ForgingMyLife says:

Learning Always I think that’s because nobody is living there right now but once someone has their own crap lying around then it will look less so….

    • @bigraviolees says:

Excess is more than tacky it’s fukn disgusting

    • @stargazer8534 says:

bigraviolees Bitchhh you definitely would live here 💀

    • @blackrockcity says:

It’s functional, but to restore the building to the architect’s intended turn of the century aesthetic and room layout is going to cost a fortune. I’m not sure why people think drywall and gaudy marble is tasteful? Then there is the location problem. Manhattan is a shopping mall. I would pay big money to NOT live in a bunch of chain stores. Mulberry is a nice area though.

    • @hannah-sofia8304 says:

Learning Always that’s what I was thinking especially that guest bedroom

  • @marylose1298 says:

I love this mans approach, His house views are so good and them vibes he sets off ..,,,,
If I had the money I would buy every one 💕👌

  • @the_painted_ladypsyche7986 says:

Ryan I’m so happy for you! Day One MDLNY fan. I’ve enjoyed watching your career and family expand throughout the years 😊. My true calling in life was to be a realtor. I’m fascinated with that field of work and I absolutely love the business of real estate…Architecture and beautiful spaces. However, I’ve enjoy my work as a Social Worker and helping people in need. Therefore I’ll continue to live vicariously through your career. 😂😂😂. Keep up the good work Ryan! I’ll hit you up when I win the lottery 💰💰💰

  • @amandawalsh8960 says:

I love your knowledge of all things ! I learn so much about architecture watching your videos. Love your channel !

  • @Stephiroth321 says:

You sir, are the Ryan Reynolds of home tours

  • @mockingbbirdkilla1771 says:

I kinda want to see a listing with tons of secret passages and rooms. Nothing weird and occult, just cool rooms and short cuts.

  • @woofolliesmydog8628 says:

This is so perfect. I wouldn’t change a single thing. Whoever owned and customised this apartment has impeccable and perfect taste.

  • @Sliiixq says:

Bruh you know you’ve watched way too many of these vids when u think that 11 mil is cheap 😂

  • @theoneandonlybenjamin says:

Finally Ryan !!! A NYC apartment that is tastefully decorated and the fixtures and fittings all serve a purpose, which is to make this a HOME rather than a showhome. Keep it up !

  • @shrid.r.boutiquedivinediva5305 says:

    Majestic
    Loved it 🙏🕉🇮🇳
Best wishes Mr.Ryan Serhant n team

  • @user-oe4wr9tn2n says:

I love how he was more impressed by the car than he is with most multi-million dollar homes

  • @fgabrieltomas says:

I am always so impressed by nyc apartments. Such attention to detail and character. California has too much of a modern minimalism that’s quite boring
