I’ve been researching and watching so many videos from other people on wholesaling, but you’re the only one who instills the confidence to actually get out there and do it! I was stuck in a state of “analysis paralysis” for a long time, so thank you! My question is: have you found that cash buyers have a certain title company that they work with to close? Or as wholesalers, should we choose the title company? Also, would you be able to give us a template for an assignment contract to give to the buyers? This would be so helpful! Thanks so much! 🤍

Congrats on your deal!!! I just started watching your videos and I love your real ness and almost the simplicity of your videos! And obviously seeing a black woman doing this as I am also a black woman, I’m just too excited for you!!
So as a new wholesaler myself, I haven’t gotten a deal yet but I have laid a lot of groundwork, I would say just be careful with how much you try to bring everyone else in. Like if you are going to dedicate time to YouTube videos then do that, if you are going to do the one-on-one calls then focus on then or the zoom calls. I have been burned in the past by people who want to teach wholesaling but then they take my money and don’t really give me their time or energy just lots of powerpoints and pdfs, you know. So I say all of this to say….stay focused on what you want to do and maybe bring other people in to help build your business, you can’t do it all.
First off CONGRATULATIONS!! I have been stalling with the idea of getting into real estate for about a year and a half because I felt overwhelmed amongst other things. Fast forward to where I am now and feel like I stumbled upon your channel for a reason. I still feel overwhelmed but sitting down and watching your whole series has made me feel like this is something I can actually do. Thank you for committing your time to being completely transparent with your audience about your journey. I also second BIG ZOOM CALLS!
I’ve also been trying to start wholesaling. I haven’t been able to get my first deal yet. But out of most of the videos I have watched regarding the topic, you have been most efficient and effective in helping people learn and have the know how. Good job keep it up. Success is heading your way

This is literally the most motivating video I’ve watched on wholesaling. I’ve literally been studying and looking for genuine mentors for 6 months and nothing was like this helpful! I can’t wait to actually start and get something going, I just need to figure some more things out.
I’d say just DO IT!! Do IT!! The more you talk with real estate agents the more it’ll get comfortable with closing a deal!! Take risks

@TyyDean I haven’t really started yet, I’ve been doing more research than anything, especially with being so busy with the military and honestly being nervous about the calls as well
