People’s default is always no. It keeps them safe psychologically. I read about this through negotiation strategies. This also applies to talking the listing agents to elicit responses that you want. When you can get someone to correct you and say no you have the wall down a lot of the time. Pretty fascinating stuff. Nice work.

    • @Andrea-lq8so says:

A book by Chris Voss “Never Split The Difference” talks about the ‘NO’ in conversation. Not about RE, but a good read all the same!

  • @AlphaRodriguez says:

This video is freaking gold. It has everything anyone would need. How to teach someone, how to role play, how to structure a script. Thank you!

  • @PaulCarnrick says:

    Way to go Celso!
So awesome to see your success!!

  • @scatpack1381 says:

Thank you for going over it over and over again. Repetition is the key to learning.👍

  • @aordaz41 says:

Bilingual cold callers always get the thing accomplished! Nice coaching video as always Brandon, there’s a lot of value in this video thanks for sharing keep doing it!

  • @darthmaul5780 says:

Great session. Go word for word on the script and he will kill it

  • @trinjuwan4422 says:

Such good coaching. The inverted style of questioning can be confusing and takes some getting use to in my opinion. Amazing courage by Celso👏🏽 ❤️

  • @brockduncan7803 says:

Brandon you are the man!!!!!! The value you provide to the real estate community is unmeasurable. Continue to bless everyone with your wisdom. 🙌

  • @jway2024 says:

This video has been great, love the inverted questions and is such a great opener to any cold call. W video as always. I need to see more of these.

    • @jway2024 says:

Also wanted to have another coaching video like this one as a follow up to see how he’s doing with this script.

  • @SoFloDreamHomecom says:

I absolutely love the address specificness of this video. I would like to know once the owner makes known that they’re willing to entertain an offer, how would you proceed in order to get the listing appointment and hopefully the listing? both with you having a specific buyer in mind as well as not having anyone in mind to purchase it.

  • @CodyRankinKW says:

Brandon, would it be possible for you to make scripts based around pattern interrupts and the going for the “No” based questions on the first contact of a FBSO or Expired and have them being used in live calls? I’d love to see and hear your feedback on the pattern interrupts being used for FSBO or Expireds on a live call from you or with a coaching client because those approaches feel much more natural and I guess I’m not sure how the script should sound once you’re passed the first couple lines.

  • @mattongrealtor says:

Epiphany. I’m a month into my license and this was very eye opening. Thanks, Brandon!

  • @theemichaelthomas says:

Hey Brandon, what do you recommend regarding when to mention that you are a real estate agent during the call? Do you recommend it be done before you start asking key questions or further in the conversation?

  • @parisamaknouni4577 says:

Wow, your videos are very inspiring and helpful 🙏🏼 thank you 😍 English is my second language I was really concerned about the cold callings and worried about how I’m going to handle those calls 😅. Just passed my real estate exam yesterday and this video will be so helpful for me! You r the best 👌🏼

  • @clemondbrown says:

This is so crazy…it just might work.
I prospect over 100 calls a day, and his coaching is spot on. Never heard of pattern interruption but I know it will work because 98% of other agents ask to get a yes.

  • @gabrielaabounaja2640 says:

This video was extremely helpful. I have been making my calls but not structured this way. I took some notes and trying it today! Your student is also great at taking in your feedback and applying it to his calls. Great work !

  • @chinabennacosta8370 says:

My goodness, how thrilling was that! I was also going over the script like Celso, and it definitely transported me back to my call center agent days! I learned so much from this video. You earned another subscriber, Brandon! Thank you! And best of luck to Celso 🍀

  • @chadlake7441 says:

As someone who has been cold calling on real estate for 10+ years, I applaud this kids courage to cold call while being coached and recorded, it can be very nerve wracking knowing someone is listening to your every word.

  • @TheDominock says:

Thanks a lot for your content. It’s highly valuable to me. Please can you explain why we ask somebody for permission to ask a question and wait for them to say yes when you could simply ask it and spare the respondent time? I don’t know maybe it’s just me or where I come from (Eastern Europe) but we tend to be the people with a high temper and generally lose our patience quickly. We don’t enjoy questions like “how are you?” or “may I do this or that?” Sorry, my intention was not to offend you by any means, I am just trying to understand that bit.
