Yes. Don’t know why it took so long but yes. Do full tours. Complete tours. Not missing a room of the mansion. Do more in New York as well as Los Angeles. Also go San Francisco or Miami. Go other parts of LA like Sherman Oaks or Hollywood or Malibu etc but making sure the tour is full is important because we mainly want to see it all

Made!! 💫 I had the opportunity to tour this home about two months ago, and it was absolutely incredible!! The lower level was a total wellness center, and the amenities in the home were insane! I’d say the dry sauna was my favorite. My guess for the total construction cost would be $44,250,888 ☺️
Did you count how many closets it has outside of the ones in the bedrooms?
Oh I have no idea how many! That house was too big to even count!

so nice to entertain something for everyone I love these beautiful homes we built a 5200 sq ft house 40 years ago so it is antiquated now compare to these I love my 1 bedroom apt now I was 31 then now I am 76
Excellent detailed tour, Ryan. This estate has everything most people would want(well, some would want a bowling alley). My estimate for the construction costs is 43mil.
As a bowler, I agree it needs an alley
I saw the in side pool and thought that that would be a perfect place to put a bowling alley!
When Ryan said “this house has everything you could possibly want”, my response was “doesn’t have a bowling alley”… 😂
I would have to say that the craftsmanship for this home is exceptional and the attention to detail is unreal. The quality looks exceptional. I would guess that the construction costs of this home is in the ballpark of $55 million.
This house beats The One in everything hands down. Construction costs around $50M (plus change). Absolutely love it. The only thing which kind of breaks the image is those portable The Home Depot heaters around the deck. They could have used some better ideas and used something which doesn’t look cheap

This may be the first house I’ve ever come across in LA that seems “worth” it’s asking price. Between the size, the location, and the decor, it’s extremely impressive. I’d guess the construction was around $52.7m including furnishings, maybe about $45m just in materials and labor
It was originally priced at $100M.
The Movie Theater seems kinda cheap.

but there is no character about this house its just a white building and quite boring
Amazing tour Ryan, the decor and finishes ( flooring, bars, primary bedroom, balcony views, siting areas, outdoor spaces, entertainment areas, etc) in this mansion is my fave part. I like how detailed and luxury it is. Btw good seeing u escape the NYC cold 😂

40 minute tours 😍 for houses that you can actually justify spending 40 minutes on. But yeah mega mansions are always fun and its always good to catch Ryan outside of New York.

This is sensational. As an obsessive home tour watcher, this could well be the very best I’ve ever seen. It’s got the modern, but also classy, comfy vibes to it. Could actually live here and not feel you live in a show home, but could also have massive parties if that’s what you liked. This has everything. Absolutely amazing and great tour by you! I think this is the nicest modern yet home feeling house I’ve seen in While. Lots of times developers build “show” or party houses that have no earth but this house is amazing and looks soo cozy

At the begining, I was like: “Ryan is a little bit too much” But after 30 minutes I was like “He is great, his energy actually matches the size of the house and length of the video” This property definetly deserved a long tour and Ryan’s energy was the icing on the cake. One recommendation is that the camera work comes from a low angle and centers too much on Ryan, which makes it difficult to look at each area (I found myself always waiting for the drone shot to know where I was). Also, some details are lost, because the camera is not moving naturally, so when certai details are pointed out and are out of focus, as viewer you miss them.
