As a new real estate agent and Realtor, this is valuable information. I can capitalize on these strategies and create a benchmark for my business. Thank you.

  • @MarisaJensen says:

Great video. I agree with all you covered. As a newer agent I’ve come to find out that face to face is by far the absolute best way to get leads. Follow up is key with everyone you meet.

  • @socialmediaddict says:

One thing I dislike about Zillow is that an agent can ‘buy’ all the zip codes in your area and Zillow will only filter leads to them. The deck is definitely stacked against you if you’re a newer agent or just don’t want to spend a ton w Zillow leads.

  • @dwightandrews2144 says:

Hello sir great content i have spoken to your team before about coaching at the time just couldn’t see how am a new agent but this year its a goal to join your coaching.

  • @STLRE says:

Brandon – Good stuff… Real Good Stuff! The only comment I would make is that most agents do not have a system (and/or are disciplined enough) to work a system like Real Geeks for the long haul because some of our best leads are the ones that are 2-5 years old… ones we have kept in touch with. But I understand that the newer agents don’t always have the luxury of having a database like that to work. Otherwise the list is pretty spot on. It’s stuff we have been working on. Thank you again!

Thanks the universe I watched this video before put money in the wrong lead generation. Thanks Brandon so much for your help , guidance and purpose to assist agent to be successful 🎉❤😊

  • @noelbittinger8310 says:

Great content, Brandon. Being in the industry forever I can tell you Your info is spot on. It would be great if you can lose the music, though. It’s too distracting. I am switching to a Productivity Model and may need some guidance.

  • @alfieolivera6325 says:

Hey Brandon love the videos! I just had a quick question. What do you think about Direct Mail to absentee owners? Could it be effective since they aren’t living there?

  • @juan_elbarber says:

I don’t comment to often but I had to say it this is one of my top 5 favorite video about lead generation, straight and direct, the last two were mind blowing 🔥

  • @jeffauerbach962 says:

Great video. This applies to all businesses, not just real estate

  • @levigonzales866 says:

My team provides boomtown leads. I love my team leader, but I hate boomtown. In my first week starting it was good for coldcalling practice, but honestly it was frustrating. Decided to do FSBO on Zillow and got a listing my first month

    • @regalk-hr7tf says:

      How did you do that?

    • @levigonzales866 says:

@regalk9999 luck. I also tried brandon’s Fsbo cold calling script and it worked to set the appointment. What I didn’t mention was that there was 1 month of follow up involved

  • @jesus_quijano says:

Hey Brandon, thanks for the great info in all theses lead generating companies. I’ve been looking into Volcan 7 but I’m not sure if you would recommend the standard package or the Premium package? The premium is about $160.00 more than the Standard package. Do I really need the Premium? Help😮
    Thanks in advance

  • @afshanahmed2517 says:

    Hi Brandon ,
Love your videos they are always very informative. Just a quick question, do we need to do any certification course for handling divorce leads? If yes where I can find these courses. If I call any attorney I would have to say I am specialize in divorce leads. Please suggest!

  • @SouthTexasLiving says:

This is a great list. I’ve put my 10k hours on the phone targeting expired listings, withdrawn and FSBOs. Then marry that with having the #1 Real Estate Channel in South Texas. It’s almost always allows me to get the appointment over the phone then the listing. It’s a no-brained.

  • @ROBERTWILLIAMS-kk9mz says:

I just started working with CertiLeads and so far the leads have been top-notch. I’m excited to see how it continues to help me grow my real estate business.

  • @anastasiagerena8407 says:

Thank you Brandon, can you make a video about following up with seller leads? I get a ton of them from ZipTitan and Certileads and have converted some, but would like to increase my conversion rate.

  • @Chelllsea352 says:

I would love to know how you approach these attorneys to get them to give you referrals

  • @IsabelMendez-vg9ok says:

Excellent video and advice! I work in retail and I’m in the last chapter in my Chicago real estate licensing school. About to get ready to take my licensing exam. Discouraged by everyone talking about failure in the first year and tough market on the realtors Facebook group. Then I realized my school really only teaches the laws. It doesn’t teach how to run a business, so I’m putting the time in to get additional real estate education. People like you who are much more experienced helping me a lot. Now I am feeling more confident about entering the industry. Real estate schools need to go beyond laws, they need to teach lead generation and much more! No wonder people struggle in the beginning! Thanks for sharing! Isabel Mendez in Chicago

    • @davidmagana7946 says:

      Any update???

    • @deryckroberts3547 says:

I would say focus on the passing the test first it not as easy and that is important. After you succeed interview with brokerages that have great training programs that will guide to the business

    • @danibucholtzrealestate-lif4567 says:

Great idea to plan ahead Isabel! This is so smart. I run a real estate school which I started for the very reasons you cite above!
