Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business on September 15, 2008 – the same day that Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse. While the real estate sector has steadily recovered, Serhant himself has quickly become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and the Hamptons. The Serhant Team has been named by WSJ Real Trends as the #1 real estate team in New York for two years in a row, and the #2 team in the country, selling close to $1 billion in real estate last year. Ryan is consistently the youngest broker to make the Journal’s top ten list each year.

Ryan stars in the popular Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which just wrapped its seventh season. On September 18, 2018 – the week of his 10-year anniversary in real estate – he will debut his first book, Sell It Like Serhant. When pre-sales were announced, Ryan was #1 on Amazon’s daily list of “Movers and Shakers.” As star and producer, this year he also debuted his new Bravo show, "Sell It Like Serhant," started a successful vlog (www.youtube.com/ryanserhant) and launched an app (Agent Empire: NYC). There is nothing Ryan can't do. His motto communicates his professional and personal philosophy, "Expansion. Always. In all ways."

  • @javedm.01 says:

I absolutely love the exterior of Logan’s house, I love the rustic style!

  • @lonestarfrog says:

Ryan definitely wasn’t in his zone with this one but it’s good to see him stepping out of his comfort zone for the clout. 😂🙏

  • @MegaBlizzardman says:

Love how Ryan can instantly price everything

  • @Dentistresponds says:

Ryan is an adult among children in this one haha

  • @TheSalonGuy says:

I should be Ryan’s hair guy.

  • @dsinformation6640 says:

Really admire your professionalism. If he ever decides to sell his home, hopefully your company gets the listing.

  • @HomebaseLHR says:

Respect to Ryan for staying professional through the whole video.

  • @victormenendez1983 says:

I lost 75% of my brain cells listening to logan and his crew. Ryan brought them back👍🏽

  • @richgarzelli6724 says:

My man Ryan was not impressed with that expensive furniture haha

  • @clementjeandom says:

“ I deal with expensive furniture all day long “ must have hurt a little. Probably not the reaction Logan wanted haha

  • @tylersoule6636 says:

Ryan is such a genius for collaborating with massive youtubers. I see this bringing a lot more traffic to his channel which is a great thing 🙂 ! Keep killing the game!

  • @shane228 says:

Ryan: “So this is basically, like, a frat house?”
    Dude: “Yeah”
    Ryan: “…yeah”

  • @TommyCraze says:

Logan keeps tryna flex his belongings and Ryan is just standing there totally unimpressed. 😂
Awkward but dope video, this definitely would be an awesome series to watch with other YouTubers 🙂

    • @ia6619 says:

Wassup bro stalin or not stalin

    • @jacksonkrup1998 says:

Low key, Logan thinks he’s rich and Ryan doesn’t say it but…… he ain’t even close compared to Ryan he’s middle class at best

    • @km1778 says:

@Jackson Krup do you know how rich Logan is?

    • @jonathanyoung9438 says:

Yeah Ryan deals with the rich among the rich. I mean the man sold a 40 million dollar mansion on facetime lol I’m sure he has seen one or two impressive pieces of furniture is his day lol. Logan paul is at the very bottom of the food chain on the world of rich!!!

  • @rhenzangelo says:

Mike acting like he’s been living in this house longer than Logan.

  • @mariannealmeida173 says:

Immaturity meets charisma. Making other people think you’re enjoying awkwardness is truly a gift Ryan. Congrats!

  • @brendanmanning2988 says:

this is how vlogs should be done. sleek look, almost like a journal with great visuals and great editing

  • @wobblebop4611 says:

So refreshing to see a real man conversing with someone like Logan Paul. Not playing up to them at all, not fake laughing. Ryan, you’re a solid man.

  • @pourmichiganreviews says:

I think Ryan was most impressed with the tree out back 😂😂🤣

  • @anon76776 says:

Ryan summed up this video perfectly: “So this is just basically one giant frat house”

    • @sakurahoor says:

Its just few minutes less but you’re right

    • @somerandomchannel382 says:

Its hard to even call it a “house” . Frat house means “a house where members of a college fraternity live, hold meetings, and throw parties.”.
I bet around 10 people live there. Split 7 mil in 10-15 people living there and you get what most normal families own today.
The second Ryan understood that you can see his enthusiasm just floored.
Logan Crew don’t even learn to cook their own meal. its more as a hotel, with crazy people.. that publish YouTube videos that give sponsors alot of money. I bet these people are under a strict contract not to leave.
This is 7 million “House”. – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtDtXneBJ8M . How you notice? Well its build to be comfortable to “one family” – not a dozen of college guys.

    • @smoovejr says:

@Stephanie Hallberg logan trashed this house it was probably fine untill he moved in its annoying to see a tour of a trashed house and im sure logan didnt even attempt to clean it before ryan toured it.

    • @somerandomchannel382 says:

@Christian Cummings logan crew and youtube sponsored activities hammering down the house in all ways. Logan isn’t a person, he is a product , shaped by incredible powerful companies that probably market, direct and produce all content.

    • @bobbycosby5880 says:

Giant expensive frat house for retards
