Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business on September 15, 2008 – the same day that Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse. While the real estate sector has steadily recovered, Serhant himself has quickly become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and the Hamptons. The Serhant Team has been named by WSJ Real Trends as the #1 real estate team in New York for two years in a row, and the #2 team in the country, selling close to $1 billion in real estate last year. Ryan is consistently the youngest broker to make the Journal’s top ten list each year.

Ryan stars in the popular Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which just wrapped its seventh season. On September 18, 2018 – the week of his 10-year anniversary in real estate – he will debut his first book, Sell It Like Serhant. When pre-sales were announced, Ryan was #1 on Amazon’s daily list of “Movers and Shakers.” As star and producer, this year he also debuted his new Bravo show, "Sell It Like Serhant," started a successful vlog (www.youtube.com/ryanserhant) and launched an app (Agent Empire: NYC). There is nothing Ryan can't do. His motto communicates his professional and personal philosophy, "Expansion. Always. In all ways."

Ryan is one of the few people that can rock the sh** out of grey hair 👏🏽

    • @RyanSerhant says:

haha I try! I’ve grown to like the salt and pepper

    • @mircat28 says:

@Ryan Serhant these days there appears to be more salt than pepper but the color is … oh what the heck really pretty. 😊 you work out and are married to a lovely lady so that wasn’t insulting was it?

  • @DanNewt says:

Imagine the parties you could have on that island😦 no noise complaints that’s for sure

    • @RyanSerhant says:

      Definitely no noise complaints

    • @sewoon2 says:

you should do a video on 24 Middle Gap Road, Hong Kong. The house is on the market for $447 Million USD!

    • @harlemworldking7942 says:

      J sanni
      Wow$447Mill…
      Now that’s Crazy…How u heard about it?….
      How long been on market

    • @mrunknown4348 says:

      Not true
Actually you can’t have a very loud house party according to law when you are within few feet 🦶 close to beach 🏖 because of environmental issues
Also these are not islands 🌴
      These are rocks

    • @HEXsader says:

I hope that neither Epstein or the Clinton’s see this one for sale!!

  • @RyanSerhant says:

Looking for more EPIC properties! Any Ideas?

  • @Iheartseattle1 says:

Congratulations Yuriy on retirement! I admire you for putting up with Ryan’s constant talk on business. I could never do it, myself.

  • @FranzOnDarr says:

Thank you, Ryan, for all your videos you make:) I’m from Siberia, and at least I can imagine how it is to live in such apartments and houses in New York City through your videos.

  • @devinallen7242 says:

Hey Ryan you’re the absolute best YouTuber on this platform, hands down. Your personality is so motivating and energetic, it’s amazing! Keep doing what you do!

  • @Jake-be9ji says:

Imagine how much it could sell for if it didn’t look like a prison.

  • @xbr3ttx9 says:

It would be a phenomenal experience waking up to your own island inside your own home! Ryan you seem like a choleric person. Always planning, confident, and ambitious. I would love to meet you soon. I always get value from each video!

  • @stelthtalon says:

Ryan, there is another private island for sale a little north of NYC. Except, this one is MUCH larger and it was originally designed by the Godfather of American Architecture: Frank Lloyd Wright! It even has a guest house built by Mr. Wright. It’s called Petre Island on Lake Mahopac. It even has its own helipad! You should check it out!!

  • @sqwale7 says:

The inside looks amazing the outside looks like a God damn prison.

  • @thienlc says:

Ryan is such a laid-back yet hard working entrepreneur, it’s crazy. watching him feels as motivating as it feels relaxing, love it

  • @araxbellas says:

Thought the “island” would look more like the pacific islands. It’s More like the mini version of Alcatraz 🤭

  • @lw3269 says:

Imagine buying an island that could look like a paradise. Then making it look like an industrial warehouse, with no charm or discernable decor. That’s what we have here.

  • @taylorx6037 says:

Imagine hearing knocking on your door in the middle of the night

  • @delphimichaels164 says:

I’m a huge introvert that loves to cook and can organize very well so could plan groceries and supply runs to minimize last minute needs. I would be so massively happy in this home. Every place has someone that loves it. Edit: Just read another comment that points out rightly that global warming will destroy this house. Sad. So sad.

  • @gongoozleriam9783 says:

This is the first multi-million dollar home I’ve ever been interested in actually living in. I haven’t even seen the inside yet, but the location is amazing! NO NEIGHBORS!!! <3 That's the selling point! & who needs a pool when you've got the ocean surrounding you. The only downside would be some natural disaster like a hurricane or something terrible like that.

  • @locke3862 says:

Imagine buying a 13 million dollar home and having to share a bathroom

  • @mkelly534 says:

I love the house but I would be pretty nervous out there by myself on that tiny bit of land. The first massive storm that comes across would have me heading back to the city. If the land space were about twice as large I would be all over it. It is very cool looking I admit

  • @Apples2apples871 says:

I laughed out loud at Ryan’s long pause when she said we can only take a boat 🚣‍♀️ lol 😂
