Someone is bad at math. A million dollars split between you and 9 buddies is only a 100 grand each.
That’s not the point! He is talking about borrowing that money from them that way it’s an interest free loan basically and everyone is happy

He did say we make a million dollars. Although I hear a million dollars each, even though that’s not what he said.
Let me do the math:
$200×32=$6,400 (32 units)
$6400×12=$76,800 (one year)
$76800×5=$384,000 (5 years)
The property with 32 units will cost probably 10 million dollars!
How much down payment can you run together from friends and family and who’s going to loan you that money?
The mortgage payments, management, upkeep… need to be subtracted from the rent amount to see what’s left as profits.
Saying it is easier than doing it!
200 is just the additional profit, so the previous rent should handle everything, but of course you still have to split the profits with all the investors you got together.
He’s a little out of touch. Better off saying starting with a duplex renting that and going from there but he starts at 32 units lol

that would be depending on what the major is. most college degrees wont give people a return on their investment. most degrees are useless at making money. Also, 4 years of college is going to be $160k of debt for just your basic college. That’s bad debt, especially if there is no return on it.
@metatron333ascension college isn’t an investment it’s about learning. First mistake made is thinking it’s an investment. If you don’t learn anything in college you won’t earn anything. It’s simple learn to earn ‼️💯💪🇺🇸❤️
@@Water4Mart and that’s the mistake of college students is not thinking of it from the point of return on investment. if there is no return why are people going? that’s why college students are in mountain of debt that they can never repay.

This could only Work if you have multiple family or friends who are financially stable and are willing to invest in you not everyone has that ofcourse, and i dont believe people are going to invest through crowdfunding to a random person for 32 units that’s Ridiculous
@@naturexcellence but imagine if you put 100% effort into trying to you might completely fail. But after that you will learn what you actually need to do next. Not saying this will work first time. But that how entrepreneurship is.
