I hate the passive opener. Ricky, I use your opener and feel that I’ve had the best success with it because they way you teach to say it, makes the prospect think that they might know you so they are apprehensive to rudely hang up

Wow this is great stuff! I worked in 3rd party collections for over 15 yrs killing it. My success came from having the best call openings. I use to get told I can’t open my calls the way I did but after they seen how successful it was they encouraged it. To make it even harder we had to say “ this call is recorded for quality purposes “. What I used a lot was….
“Every time I call you, you always Hang up so don’t hang up this time” they almost every tIME LOL or say ok what do you want?
