Ricky just a question are brokers responsible for there agents success? I’ve been with the same company for 3 years and I’ve managed to close 6 deals 2 out of the 6 were the brokers listings and the other 4 all on my own with no help needed and I don’t get any opportunities from office listings it’s all eat what you bring in on your own even though a few agents in the office get favored with opportunities and I’ve been there longer then them only open house that take forever to sell
