I have a quick question maybe I’m processing this wrong in a few of your wholesaling videos you were looking up houses to wholesale and talking about the MLS do you have your real estate license? Or can you access the MLS without a license?

Quick question, let’s say you have a seller and you sign a contract and all that’s left is to find a buyer, if you can’t find a buyer within the amount of days you signed off on can you cancel the contract. If so would that cost money to do?

The first tip is SO good and the basketball metaphor is perfect. Some of us never take action because we are so uncomfortable with all the unknowns. But you are right- never trying will guarantee failure!
