Very hard to find people who want to work these days. We live in a very lazy country. Everyone looking for handouts. It is my hardest thing is finding anyone to work.
Excellent point. It takes longer to delegate than 20 years ago. But the good news is that there are still great people out there. They are just harder to identify because you have to weed through so many duds to find the winners.
