Might be time to join the course 😅

  • @tedsnyder3606 says:

I was thinking of this myself the past few days. I happy to hear a great businessman agrees.

  • @RShanePeterson says:

This sounds like a good plan. How do you think the new realtors brokerage, such as Keller Williams, would respond? Do you think they’d still expect their split?

  • @ByRaymondFerguson says:

I signed up for the coaching last Thursday. I was scared shitless to spend that much money. But in less than a week I already have a listing appointment and increased my contacts 10 fold. It’s a mindset. Thanks guys and I’m heading into phase 1 today. Let’s go!!!

  • @alexaflrealtor says:

genius, I cannot wait to make my first transaction so I can buy your course!!✨✨

I’ve been trying to get my broker to go for this. They really don’t want to get that “discount brokerage” title.

  • @moniqueowens2459 says:

I appreciate your’s and your guests’ guidance and idea. This episode is one that I appreciate more in that you and Ben kind of give us new agents the “permission” to say “yes, we are new but…” and be transparent without fear…. somewhat.

Brandon I don’t want you to ever feel like your going to have to tiptoe around your message bc you’re going to piss off a few realtors. Your delivery is for ppl like me that LOVE YOUR BRUTAL HONESTY and WHAT IT ACTUALLY TAKES TO WIN IN REAL ESTATE. I love your message. Keep up the amazing work!

  • @MasonGuritz says:

Couldn’t we offer our services for free and ask the seller to cover the marketing expenses for the property?

    • @UH-bu6zl says:

Good question. MR. Brandon , what is your point of view on this? Especially if you’re new and don’t have the extra $$.

  • @diegobarrios8288 says:

Awesome idea ! Any brokers out there on the same page ?

  • @evgenyonishkevich8494 says:

Good luck trying finding a brokerage that would allow you to list your first deal for free. Unfortunately. I’m definitely not arguing the benefits of doing that.

    • @craigleerealtor says:

you could easily convince someone to pay the broker fee. It still saves them a ton of money and helps everyone win. My broker charges .002% I could do this on a $1M home and the cost would be $2000 to sell a $1M home, then you break into the high dollar market.

shared this video with my broker and he pretty much shot it down and told me people on video dont always know what they’re talking about. lol then asked him for better guidance to get my first listing and dude told me to watch the generic kvcore training videos lol

  • @trinjuwan4422 says:

SO good BM. You’re a visionary. The only problem with it is my brokerage & I have to sell the vision.

  • @lisathompson9283 says:

Love this idea for established agents too who want to break into a new market whether geographic, price point, or property type.

  • @andrewcourson7587 says:

I’m curious, if all the new agents jumped on board with this, what would happen with sellers expectations, so many sellers are trying to sell for less already, it feels like we ate shooting ourselves in the foot. I like all the ideas regarding what to do with the free listing, but as we all know the costs of all that advertising add up, just the photos alone are very expensive.

  • @JusteNOVARealtor says:

I could really use your help! I’ve been thinking about a strategy for over six months now, but my current brokerage requires new agents to have a mentor for their first three transactions (two buys and one sale), which means commission splits. I’ve completed one buy and currently have one sale active. If anyone knows of a brokerage without these requirements, please share! I’m eager to find a place that supports my strategy. Thanks so much!

  • @simoncourt1 says:

This is great. Rather than saying ‘free’ though you are changing the ‘how’ you are getting paid from commission to the letter and testmonials (credibility). Nothing is ever ‘free’ – this is a better way of constructing the conversation and changes the mindset of the seller to show skin in the game on all sides.
