I understand the thought process but why not just have the real conversation with them? Asking permission is understandable for what you’re trying to achieve but nobody just regularly asks “would you hate me if I shared a different perspective?” Sales needs to move from things that people dont say to things people would say in real life if we want word tracks to start becoming comfortable for sales people. I love all of the other examples so much more.

The challenging thing here is that in a YouTube video, it’s all out of context, so yes, it’s very difficult to see in practical terms.

@@BrandonMulrenin no I completely understand, thank you for the content. You’ve given me a ton of great ideas and I’m always impressed by the quality in the content that you’re able to so frequently put out. Thanks!

He’s talking about Jackie Kravitz with SalesX training. She always does this “I’m gonna be in your area this afternoon and can swing by and show you how to get your house sold. Would 3pm be ok or would 4 o clock be better”?

I always thought this was very sales myself and cringey.

These all make very much sense😊

Love this. Brandon just may secretly be a marriage therapist too.

Love the psychology behind your script. I never felt comfortable using the standard sales scripts either, but this works because as a consumer myself, I don’t want to be sold. I come from a place of service so your script works for me. Thank you for sharing this Brandon!

Hi Brandon, i appreciate your content!

I was wondering if you could make videos in the context of prospects who have decided to sell their home, but are bringing in different agents to look at who they want to chose?

Where i’m from, most of the time you go to an inspection where there are 2-4 other agents and the prospect choose between these.
